Your company's AI agents, managed like company assets.
Kosmos makes it easy for every employee to run AI agents. Kosmos+ Enterprise gives the company one place to see them, set the rules for them, and keep everything they make, even when a laptop is lost, wiped or compromised, or an employee leaves.
What you see below is a preview with sample data for an example company, Meridian Works.
- Agents, projects and spend in one view
- Built for backup and recovery
- Built to carry your brand
Everything your company runs, on one screen.
Your company's name and logo sit beside the Kosmos+ Enterprise product name. The sidebar and header carry your brand; the working area stays clean. Agents, projects, adoption, spend and protection are all in view.

Every agent, who owns it, and what it costs.
Inventory tables lead with the agent's name, carry a status a person can read at a glance, and open a short preview beside the list, with the full page one click away.

A status anyone can read, on any company's colors.
Meaning never depends on color alone: every status carries a symbol and a word, and the states read the same whatever your brand color is.
Nothing happens before you see what it will do.
Confirmations state the exact consequence and offer a plain way out. A restore shows the files, the destination and any conflicts before it starts.
Everything in Kosmos+, plus:
- One console for the whole companyEvery employee’s Kosmos, every agent and every project in one view, with the AI models each agent uses and the tokens they spend, by provider, team and person.
- Policy, pushed once to everyoneSet which AI providers and models are allowed, require backups, and publish the company’s AI policy. Every computer applies it, and the console shows who is in policy and who is not.
- The company owns the work, and can see itYour agents, the chats with them, the projects they make and the files they create are company data, like Slack, email and Asana. Authorized administrators can open any of them, and every view is written to the audit log.
- Agents are company dataWhen someone leaves, their access ends and their work stays. Agents and projects are restored to a successor’s computer, and every restore is written to the audit log.
- Nothing is lostAgent files, transcripts and work products are backed up continuously, encrypted on the employee’s computer and append-only. A lost, wiped or compromised machine cannot erase what was made.
- Runs where you want itOn each employee’s computer, or on cloud machines, hosted by us or in your own cloud. Same console, same policy, same backups either way.
- A work computer is company propertyEverything on it, including every Kosmos, belongs to the company.
- Two pipes, one viewUsage numbers go to the console. Content goes, encrypted, to backup storage, and the roles the company allows can view it from the console.
- Viewing is a role, and every view is loggedRoles with content access can view any work conversation, project or file. A recovery role restores an employee’s work Kosmos. Every view and every restore is written to the audit log.
- Built for scalePolicies are signed bundles each computer pulls. Backups go straight from each computer to storage. The design is the same at 12 seats and at 5,000.
- Your keys, if you want themBackups use a company encryption key. We can hold it in escrow, or you can hold it yourselves.
- For large organizationsSingle sign-on (OIDC and SAML), automatic provisioning and deprovisioning (SCIM), zero-touch rollout through your device management (MDM), roles for executives, finance, team managers and auditors, and backup to Kosmos cloud, your own S3-compatible storage, Google Drive or SharePoint.
